The SIG Sauer MCX-SPEAR 7.62×51 pistol is a compact pistol configuration of the MCX-SPEAR platform. It uses a 13-inch cold hammer forged barrel, short-stroke piston operating system, coyote anodized receiver finish, and the ambidextrous control layout that defines the MCX-SPEAR family.

This model includes a 2-stage match trigger, full-length Picatinny/M-LOK alloy handguard, SIG SLX/SLH suppressor-ready QD mount flash hider, and one 20-round polymer magazine.
