The SIG M18 is the carry-size military P320. It is the shorter MHS P320: the same coyote military 9mm in a 3.9 in. carry slide.
The M18 uses the shorter slide, not the full-size M17. A factory ROMEO-M17 is installed only when this page says so. These pistols ship to a licensed FFL.

SIG published this pistol as the first California-roster P320 and lists it as the California-compliant P320-M18. Confirm current roster status and local rules before ordering. The slide is optic-ready on SIG’s PRO footprint. SIG’s California product page lists compatibility with ROMEO1PRO, ROMEO-X, ROMEO2, DeltaPoint PRO, and ROMEO-X PRO sights that use that pattern. A SIGLITE night sight sits up front, and the rear sight is a removable night sight plate. No red dot is installed. This PRO cut is not the M17/M18 MHS plate SIG lists for the ROMEO-M17.
