The SIG P365 XMacro is the 17-round P365. SIG keeps the slim P365 profile, then gives you a taller grip so a 17-round magazine sits flush, plus a 1913 rail and an XL-length slide.

Standard XMacro pistols use a solid 3.7 in. slide, not a compensated 3.1 in. Comp slide. The optic cut is compact Shield RMSc or SIG-LOC when a factory enclosed sight is installed. These pistols ship to a licensed FFL.

This configuration

The current photograph is a 110×110 thumbnail and is the only exact-pattern evidence on this pistol. Confirm the slide on the pistol you receive. A factory red dot is not installed. Custom finish work does not turn this into a Comp, TACOPS, or Fuse. The slide stays the solid 3.7 in. XMACRO length. Use an XMACRO holster, not a standard P365 holster. Lights must be listed for a 1913 rail.
