Description
This Ruger AR-15 stripped lower receiver is the 250th Anniversary version, giving builders a Ruger-marked serialized foundation with commemorative styling. The stripped lower format lets the buyer choose the fire control group, grip, stock, and other components for the final build.
As a serialized receiver, it transfers as a firearm through the required process.
