- You are responsible for ensuring the firearm is legal in your jurisdiction and transferable to you.
- You are responsible for any transfer fees, background check fees, storage fees, or related charges imposed by the receiving FFL.
If your chosen FFL refuses the transfer, closes, fails to provide required documentation, or if the transfer cannot legally be completed, your order may be canceled subject to our return, cancellation, and restocking policies.
4. Background Checks and Transfer Delays
Where required by law, firearm transfers are subject to background checks, waiting periods, and approval by the receiving FFL and applicable authorities.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by background checks
- Government processing times
- Delays caused by the receiving FFL
- Denied transfers
- Additional fees or costs related to transfer issues
If a firearm transfer is denied or cannot be completed for any reason not caused by us, any refund may be reduced by shipping charges, return shipping, processing fees, restocking fees, or other costs incurred.
5. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
