The Glock 48 9mm 4.17" 10-Round MOS Front Rail USA Pistol is Glock’s Slimline 9mm with compact length. A 4.17 in. Marksman Barrel sits in the compact 6.85 in. slide. That slide rides on the compact-length grip Glock uses on the Glock 43X. A factory MOS cut is milled into the slide for a micro-optic.

A built-in beavertail, a short trigger distance, and a reversible magazine catch sit on that compact-length grip, the same frame Glock uses on the Glock 43X. Precision-milled front serrations give traction at the front of the slide when you rack it. The barrel is the Gen5 Glock Marksman Barrel, with enhanced polygonal rifling and a recessed crown. Safe Action keeps a consistent trigger pull from the first round to the last. Three automatic safeties disengage as the trigger is pulled and re-engage when the trigger is released. Handguns ship to a licensed FFL.

The MOS slide is milled for specific micro-optics, and adapter plates are not in the box. The cut matches the Shield RMSc footprint and uses M4 screws. The slim cut places a compact optic closer to the line of sight, so the factory sights stay visible through a red dot you mount. A factory red dot is not installed. A slim mounting rail sits in front of the trigger guard. Choose a light listed for that Slimline rail.

This pistol uses a 4.17 in. Marksman Barrel, a factory MOS slide, and 10-round Slimline magazines with an orange follower. The finish is black. This MOS pistol weighs 18.31 oz without a magazine. This pistol is built in the USA. A factory red dot is not installed, and adapter plates are not in the box.
