Glock 45 9mm 4.02″ 17-Round MOS8 Pistol w/Aimpoint COA

Description

Glock 45 9mm 4.02" 17-Round MOS8 Pistol w/Aimpoint COA

The Glock 45 9mm 4.02" 17-Round MOS8 Pistol w/Aimpoint COA is Glock’s compact crossover 9mm. A 4.02 in. Marksman Barrel sits in the Glock 19-length slide. That slide rides on the full-size frame Glock uses on the Glock 17. A factory Aimpoint COA optic ships on Glock’s A-CUT.

Front serrations give you traction when you rack the slide, even with wet or sweaty hands. The full-size frame uses a flared magazine well, a reversible magazine catch, and an ambidextrous slide stop. The Modular Backstrap System lets you size the grip, and this Gen5 G45 frame drops the finger grooves. The barrel is the Glock Marksman Barrel, with enhanced polygonal rifling and a recessed crown. Safe Action keeps a consistent trigger pull from the first round to the last. Three automatic safeties disengage as the trigger is pulled and re-engage when the trigger is released. Handguns ship to a licensed FFL.

The factory Aimpoint COA is an enclosed 3.5 MOA red dot. Glock mills an A-CUT dovetail into the slide, and the optic locks on a patented wedge with a front hook, so the housing sits lower than a plate-mounted red dot. MOS adapter plates and Gen6 Optic Ready System plates are not in the box. Factory backup sights co-witness with the optic. The housing is 7075-T6 aluminum and weighs 1.7 oz with the battery. A CR2032 battery powers the sight for 50,000 hours at daylight setting 7. Twelve brightness settings cover four night-vision steps and eight daylight steps. You can change the battery without taking the optic off the slide. The enclosed emitter keeps rain, dust, and lint off the LED. The sight is submersible to 25 m (80 ft). Glock’s accessory rail sits in front of the trigger guard. Choose a light listed for Glock 19 and Glock 17 rails.

MOS8 COA

This pistol uses a 4.02 in. Marksman Barrel, a factory A-CUT slide, and 17-round magazines in the Glock 17 pattern. The finish is black. MOS8 on this pistol is the factory A-CUT package with the Aimpoint COA installed. It is not Glock’s Modular Optic System plate set. Adapter plates are not used.
