The Trijicon RMR RM05G optic combines a 9 MOA green dot with fiber-optic and tritium illumination in a compact black housing.

The RM05G optic has a bold 9 MOA green dot illuminated by fiber optics and tritium. Fiber optics collect available light, while tritium provides illumination in low light. There is no battery to replace and no electronic brightness setting to select.

The 9 MOA dot is larger than the dots in the adjustable LED RMR range, giving you a prominent reference that also covers more of a small aiming mark. This black RM05G optic is supplied without a rail mount. The separate RM05G-33 bundle includes an RM33 low Picatinny mount.

Battery-Free Illumination

The two illumination sources work without electronic brightness controls: the fiber-optic collector responds to available light, and tritium contributes illumination in darkness. Dot visibility depends on the lighting around the sight and the background, so this system does not provide the same manual intensity control as an adjustable LED model.

A forged-aluminum housing and tempered-glass window protect the compact, non-magnifying optic. Its open-emitter design provides a straightforward sight picture without electronic controls. The full-size RMR footprint differs from the mounting pattern used by the smaller RMRcc optic.

Mounting and Fit

This optic is supplied without a rail or platform-specific mount. Choose an RMR-compatible mount or adapter plate designed for your exact platform. The smaller RMRcc optic uses a different footprint.
