The slide is optic-ready, or it ships with a factory ROMEO-RS when this page says so. SIG includes a threaded adapter. A suppressor is a separate NFA purchase. An ambidextrous manual safety is included. These pistols ship to a licensed FFL.

The black and coyote optic-ready pistols leave the red dot to you. The factory ROMEO-RS pistol already has the sight mounted. COMP adds a compensator, a slide racker, and a 25-round magazine. ROSE adds the Savior bag, ROSE gold controls, and three magazines.
