SIG P365 Fuse Pistols

The SIG P365 Fuse is SIG’s long-slide P365. It keeps the slim P365 grip, then adds barrel, sight radius, and magazine so you still get a concealable 9mm that shoots more like a compact. The Fuse-length slide is optic-ready. Unported guns use a fiber-optic front sight and a black serrated rear. The grip has interchangeable backstraps and a 1913 rail. A factory red dot is installed only when this page says so. These pistols ship to a licensed FFL.

Alongside the 4.3-inch Fuse, this family includes compensated P365 Fuse Comp and P365 Fuse DH3 pistols, 10-round configurations, a manual-safety Fuse, coyote TACOPS threaded-barrel models, and factory optic packages. Barrel length, magazine set, optic, and finish are model-specific.

Why Choose a SIG P365 Fuse?

Compared with smaller P365 variants, the Fuse adds slide length, a 4.3-inch barrel, and a longer sight radius. SIG’s 4.3-inch Fuse uses an LXG laser-stippled grip module, a removable magwell, an M1913 rail, interchangeable backstraps, and a nickel-plated flat-faced trigger. Standard iron sights on that slide are a fiber-optic front and a black serrated rear.

P365 Fuse vs P365 XMacro

The P365 XMacro is a macro-compact carry pistol with an XMacro-size grip and a shorter slide than the Fuse. The Fuse keeps that higher-capacity grip idea and adds a longer slide and 4.3-inch barrel for more sight radius.

Choose an XMacro when you want the shorter carry slide. Choose a Fuse when the longer slide and barrel matter more. Neither holster nor optic automatically fits the other.

P365 Fuse vs Fuse Comp and DH3

The standard Fuse uses a 4.3-inch unported barrel. The P365 Fuse Comp and the coyote P365 Fuse DH3 use a 3.7-inch barrel and a slide-integrated expansion chamber. Overall length stays in the Fuse class; the extra slide length houses the chamber.

Comp and DH3 pistols use X-RAY3 day/night sights rather than the fiber-optic front of the 4.3-inch Fuse. The DH3 adds Coyote Cerakote, DH3 slide work, and a coyote polymer grip. The black Fuse Comp uses a black polymer grip that is not the LXG honeycomb of the 4.3-inch Fuse.

Optics, TACOPS, and 10-Round Models

Optic-ready Fuses accept compatible Compact-footprint sights. Factory packages are not interchangeable by nickname: ROMEO-X Compact is an open top-mount sight, ROMEO-X SIG-LOC Compact is an enclosed bottom-mount sight, and ROMEO-RS Compact is a hybrid open sight on the Compact footprint. Confirm the optic on the exact SKU.

The coyote Fuse TACOPS adds a factory threaded barrel and a ROMEO-X SIG-LOC sight. A thread protector is installed; a muzzle device is not included. 10-round SKUs keep the same slide and grip as their unrestricted twins and change the magazine set.
