Trijicon RMRcc: A Slim Red Dot with Two Dot Sizes

The Trijicon RMRcc brings a compact profile, forged-aluminum construction, and adjustable brightness to compatible carry pistols. Choose the RMRcc 3.25 MOA red dot for a finer aiming reference or the RMRcc 6.5 MOA red dot for a more prominent dot. Both black models share the same dimensions and controls, so you can choose your preferred sight picture without changing the size of the optic.

3.25 MOA or 6.5 MOA?

3.25 MOA: Less Coverage of a Small Aiming Mark

The CC06-C-3100001 optic has the smaller of the two RMRcc dots, at 3.25 MOA. It covers less of a fine aiming mark than the 6.5 MOA version, making it an appealing choice if you prefer a less prominent reference. It does not add magnification or change the size of the viewing window.

6.5 MOA: A Bolder Reference

The CC07-C-3100002 optic has a 6.5 MOA dot with twice the angular diameter of the 3.25 MOA model. Choose it if a larger aiming point suits your eyes and preferences. The trade-off is greater coverage of a small mark, not a larger or heavier housing.

Compact Construction and Useful Controls

The RMRcc measures 1.8 x 0.95 x 0.97 inches without a mount and weighs 1.2 ounces with the battery. Its slim, low-profile shape is designed to reduce snagging, while the forged 7075-T6 aluminum housing protects the tempered-glass window.

Automatic mode responds to ambient light, and eight manual settings let you select the brightness yourself. Two levels are night-vision compatible. Lock-In holds a chosen manual setting; Lock-Out keeps automatic brightness active and prevents accidental button changes.

RMRcc Mounting and Battery Access

The RMRcc uses a dedicated footprint. It is not a direct fit for standard RMR or RMSc mounting patterns. Choose a compatible RMRcc adapter plate, mount, or slide cut for your exact pistol rather than relying on the optic’s compact size.

A CR2032 battery sits underneath the sight, so replacement requires removing the optic. Trijicon rates continuous operation at more than four years at setting 4 of 8 under its test conditions and recommends annual battery replacement. The included sealing plate is part of the specified waterproof installation.
