The Trijicon ACOG TA648MGO-M240 is a fixed 6×48 optic with a green horseshoe-and-dot reticle designed specifically for the M240. Its M240 ballistic reference layout distinguishes it from the standard .308 TA648 models.
The package includes the TA75 mount, and the scope has a built-in top Picatinny rail for a compatible optional secondary optic. No reflex sight is included. The matte-black scope has a forged-aluminum housing, measures 10.5 inches long and weighs 44.3 ounces, making this a larger package than the standard 9-inch TA648-308.
Fiber optics and tritium illuminate the reticle without batteries. The fiber-optic collector responds to ambient daylight, while tritium provides low-light illumination. The scope offers 2.7 inches of eye relief and a 3.3-degree field of view, with multicoated lenses and nitrogen filling to help resist internal fogging.
