The AC12033 is a quick-release mount for compatible 3.5x, 4x and 5.5x ACOG scopes and VCOG optics. Its base supports the scope beneath the optic housing, with a side release lever at the rail attachment.

This is a scope base, not an ACOG-to-RMR adapter. It fits the listed full-size ACOG and VCOG applications; Compact ACOG mounts have a separate interface. The scope is sold separately.
