The Trijicon Compact ACOG TA47-C-400341 combines fixed 2x magnification with a green crosshair reticle. The crosshair gives this 2×20 model a different visual reference from the horseshoe-and-dot RTR versions. It is the green crosshair package with an included Q-LOC mount, not the red TA47-C-400343.
Its 20 mm objective, 10 mm exit pupil and 2.1-inch eye relief define the optical format. A 29.3-foot field of view at 100 yards places the TA47 between the wider-view 1.5x16S and the more magnified 3×30 models. Fixed power keeps that magnification consistent without a zoom ring.
Fiber optics gather ambient light for daytime reticle illumination, and tritium supplies illumination in low light without a battery. The forged aluminum housing contains a nitrogen-filled optical system with multicoated lenses. The included Q-LOC mount provides a quick-release connection for a compatible Picatinny rail.
