The Trijicon Credo 3-9×40 with a red illuminated MOA Precision Hunter reticle combines a graduated pattern with a compact, capped-adjuster design. Model CR940-C-2900039 has a second-focal-plane reticle, a 1-inch tube, and a matte-black finish. It weighs 17.02 ounces and measures 12.3 inches long.
Fine MOA reference marks extend around the center and below the crosshair, with heavier outer posts framing the pattern. The reticle stays the same apparent size as magnification changes. Red LED illumination has eleven brightness settings, and 1/4 MOA adjustment clicks complement the MOA reticle layout.
Fully multi-coated lenses and a 40 mm objective provide a field of view from 35.5 to 11.8 feet at 100 yards. Eye relief ranges from 3.5 to 3.7 inches. The scope comes with bikini caps, a Scopecoat, and one CR2032 battery. Rings or a mount sized for the 1-inch tube are sold separately.
