Trijicon MRO HD Patrol 1×25 Red Dot Sight, 2 MOA Dot & 68 MOA Circle, Lower 1/3 Co-Witness Q-LOC Mount, Black
The Trijicon MRO HD Patrol lower 1/3 co-witness package combines the black 1×25 HD sight with the AC32071 Q-LOC quick-release mount. Model MRO-C-2200108 also includes objective and ocular flip caps and an anti-reflection device. The red LED reticle provides a 2 MOA dot with an optional 68 MOA segmented circle.
The lower 1/3 co-witness height places compatible backup iron sights lower in the window, leaving more space around the center of the view. This package differs from the full co-witness Patrol version in its mount height. It also differs from the standard MRO HD lower 1/3 package by including the Q-LOC mount and Patrol lens accessories.
The Patrol accessories protect the glass when the sight is not in use. Flip caps cover the objective and ocular lenses, while the anti-reflection device helps reduce reflections from the front lens.
The HD reticle is selectable: the center dot can appear on its own or with the surrounding segmented circle. The ambidextrous control combines reticle selection and brightness adjustment. There are 16 brightness settings in total, with eight for each reticle mode, including two night-vision-compatible settings per mode. These low-output settings support compatible night-vision equipment; the sight does not provide night vision by itself.
The MRO HD uses an objective lens designed for compatibility with a magnifier, while retaining a non-magnified 1x view on its own. A 25 mm objective provides a generous viewing window, and the sight has unlimited eye relief. A magnifier is a separate purchase, and its mount height must be compatible with the selected sight mount.
The sight uses a sealed, hard-anodized housing made from forged 7075-T6 aluminum. Sub-flush adjustment controls keep protrusions to a minimum, while multi-coated lenses support a clear view. The matte black finish is paired with red LED illumination.
A CR2032 battery powers the sight, and the tethered battery cap stays attached during battery changes. Trijicon rates continuous battery life at up to 2.5 years in dot-only mode or 75 days with the circle-and-dot reticle, measured at daylight setting 3 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Brightness, reticle choice, and temperature affect actual runtime.
