The SIG P226 Legion is SIG’s full-size 9mm service pistol. The P226 is the DA/SA 9mm SIG built for duty: a metal frame, a full-size slide, and controls you can run under stress.

This is a full-size P226, not a P229 or a P365. Lights have to be listed for the rail on the gun you receive. These are serialized 9mm handguns and ship to a licensed FFL.

This configuration

The X-series guns use a different frame, 18-round magazines on unrestricted SKUs, and a SIG-LOC Pro optic cut. The classic Legion stays on the traditional P226 rail frame at 7.7 in. overall and about 34 oz. SAO means every shot is single-action, with a manual safety. When the safety is on, it is designed to block a trigger press. If you want a double-action first pull, buy the DA/SA Legion.
