SIG Sauer P229 Legion SAO MA Compliant 9mm Optic Ready Pistol, 10-Round

Description

SIG Sauer P229 Legion SAO MA Compliant 9mm Optic Ready Pistol, 10-Round

The SIG P229 is SIG’s compact DA/SA 9mm. The P229 takes the P226 idea and shortens the slide and barrel for a compact metal-frame carry gun.

This is a P229 alloy-frame 9mm, not a full-size P226 and not a P365. These pistols ship to a licensed FFL.

This configuration

SAO Legion pistols use a flat single-action trigger rather than the DA/SA P-SAIT setup. There is no double-action first-shot pull and no decocker. SIG lists a manual safety on this configuration and a 1.7-inch overall width, which is wider than the 1.5-inch DA/SA Legion. The Legion treatment also includes Cerakote Elite Legion Gray on the slide and frame, black G10 grips with the Legion medallion, X-RAY3 day/night sights, a solid steel guide rod, reduced beavertail, extra checkering, an X-Five trigger-guard undercut, and front cocking serrations.
