The SIG P365 XMacro is the 17-round P365. SIG keeps the slim P365 profile, then gives you a taller grip so a 17-round magazine sits flush, plus a 1913 rail and an XL-length slide.

Standard XMacro pistols use a solid 3.7 in. slide, not a compensated 3.1 in. Comp slide. The optic cut is compact Shield RMSc or SIG-LOC when a factory enclosed sight is installed. These pistols ship to a licensed FFL.

This configuration

When the safety is on, it is designed to block a trigger press. It does not replace safe handling. The rest of the gun is the same BXR3 XMACRO layout: 6.6 in. overall, 5.6 in. sight radius, and a slide that is not ported. The slide is optic-ready on the compact Shield RMSc footprint. A factory red dot is not installed. SIG-LOC factory packages are separate pistols. Confirm the exact optic before you buy a spare sight. A holster has to clear the XMACRO grip and this XL-length slide, and it should also clear the safety lever if the holster rides that high on the frame.
