The SIG P365 XMacro ROMEO-X is the 17-round P365. SIG keeps the slim P365 profile, then gives you a taller grip so a 17-round magazine sits flush, plus a 1913 rail and an XL-length slide.
Standard XMacro pistols use a solid 3.7 in. slide, not a compensated 3.1 in. Comp slide. The optic cut is compact Shield RMSc or SIG-LOC when a factory enclosed sight is installed. These pistols ship to a licensed FFL.
This configuration
This is an RMSc-pattern ROMEO-X Compact, not a SIG-LOC enclosed sight. Confirm the cut before you buy a spare optic. A holster has to clear the XMACRO grip and the mounted open housing. The current primary photograph is small; it is retained because it shows this optic-equipped pistol. Purchase is limited to eligible Off-Duty buyers with approved credentials. Checkout and SIG program rules still control who can complete the order.
