The SIG P365 XMacro ROMEO-X is the 17-round P365. SIG keeps the slim P365 profile, then gives you a taller grip so a 17-round magazine sits flush, plus a 1913 rail and an XL-length slide.

Standard XMacro pistols use a solid 3.7 in. slide, not a compensated 3.1 in. Comp slide. The optic cut is compact Shield RMSc or SIG-LOC when a factory enclosed sight is installed. These pistols ship to a licensed FFL.

This configuration

This is SIG-LOC Compact, not a ROMEO-X Compact RMSc package. Confirm the cut before you order a spare sight. The primary photograph is shared with the 17-round SIG-LOC pistol and does not uniquely show a 10-round magazine. The grip length stays the 17-round XMACRO module, so a 17-round magazine can be used later where it is lawful. The slide stays the unported 3.7 in. XMACRO length. A holster has to clear the enclosed housing.
