The Trijicon Credo HX 2.5-15×42 is an illuminated hunting scope with a 30 mm tube and a second-focal-plane reticle. Model CRHX1542-C-2900033 combines the red MOA Center Dot pattern with a satin black finish and an exposed elevation turret with Return to Zero.
The MOA Center Dot reticle has a fine center and marked horizontal and vertical references. It stays the same apparent size as magnification changes, preserving a consistent visual pattern from 2.5x to 15x. This is the red Center Dot configuration, not the newer red/green PowerDot Hunter Holds version.
A 42 mm objective keeps this configuration smaller at the front than the 56 mm model. Side parallax adjustment covers 10 yards to infinity, while the 2.5-15x magnification range offers both a wider low-power view and a more detailed image at the upper end. Fully multi-coated lenses and a nitrogen-filled housing complement the optical controls.
The exposed elevation turret is paired with capped windage, and both adjustments use 1/4 MOA clicks. Red LED illumination is powered by a CR2032 battery, with ten brightness levels and off positions between them. Compatible 30 mm rings or a mount are required and should be selected separately.
