The SIG P365-XMACRO grip module is SIG’s 17-round polymer P365 grip with a true 1913 accessory rail. It includes three interchangeable backstraps, small, medium, and large, with the medium backstrap installed. It takes 17-round XMACRO magazines. It needs an XL or XMACRO-length slide. A manual-safety cut is only on the modules that list one. Confirm the grip module you receive.

XMACRO magazines and an XL or XMACRO-length slide are required. Non-safety modules do not take a California magazine-disconnect fire control unit. This is a grip module, not a complete pistol. Confirm the safety cut, slide length, and magazines before you order.
