The SIG P365-XL left-hand IWB holster is SIG’s BlackPoint appendix holster for the P365-XL, left-hand draw.

The SIG P365-XL IWB holster is SIG’s BlackPoint appendix holster for the P365-XL. A concealment strut levers against the belt and pulls the grip in. The strut can come off and two spacers go in for strong-side IWB. A 1.50 in. metal clip rides the belt. A tensioning screw sets retention. The shell is composite. It does not fit a P365-XL with a manual safety.

Appendix is the default with the strut on. Strong-side IWB uses the two spacers in the box. A factory optic relief cut clears a ROMEOZero. Light-bearing pistols do not fit. The original P365 and the P365-XMACRO use different holsters.

This P365-XL left-hand IWB

This holster is left-hand IWB for the P365-XL. The concealment strut ships installed for appendix. Two spacers in the box replace the strut for strong-side IWB. A ROMEOZero fits the optic cut. A P365-XL with a manual safety does not fit.
