The Trijicon ACOG TA110-C-100491 is the red-chevron .223/5.56 version of the 3.5×35 LED ACOG. Its angular illuminated center and ballistic reference marks provide a different reticle layout from the crosshair models. The package includes the TA51 thumbscrew mount.
A single AA lithium or alkaline battery powers six selectable brightness levels. There is an off position between each level, giving this model manually controlled illumination instead of the fiber-optic/tritium system used by the TA11. The manufacturer specifies more than 12,000 hours on setting four with the supplied alkaline battery at 70 degrees F.
The 8-inch scope uses a matte-black forged-aluminum housing, multicoated lenses and nitrogen filling for resistance to internal fogging. It provides 2.4 inches of eye relief and a 28.9-foot field of view at 100 yards.
