The Trijicon Compact ACOG TA33-C-400376 combines fixed 3x magnification with a red crosshair reticle calibrated for .308 Winchester 168-grain ammunition. The ballistic designation is a defining feature: this crosshair is not the .300 Blackout pattern, despite the similar housing and illumination color.
Its 30 mm objective and 1.9-inch eye relief provide the established TA33 viewing format, with an 8.4 mm exit pupil and a 19.3-foot field of view at 100 yards. The included Q-LOC mount completes the package. The reticle calibration and rail-mount compatibility should be considered separately when comparing configurations.
Fiber optics gather ambient light for daytime reticle illumination, and tritium supplies illumination in low light without a battery. The forged aluminum housing contains a nitrogen-filled optical system with multicoated lenses. The included Q-LOC mount provides a quick-release connection for a compatible Picatinny rail.
