The Trijicon SRO 2.5 MOA green dot sight combines a green aiming point with a large viewing window and a coyote brown anodized housing.

The 2.5 MOA green dot gives you an alternative to the red-dot SRO models without changing to another optic family. Its single-dot display leaves the view uncluttered, and the large window provides space around the aiming point. Choose this version when you prefer a green reticle and the appearance of a coyote brown housing.

The green reticle and coyote brown finish are separate features: the dot is green, while the housing has an earth-tone anodized exterior. Trijicon designed the SRO family around a broad field of view for target and competitive shooting. The non-magnifying display keeps the scene at its natural size.

Brightness Control and Battery Access

Side-mounted controls let you select the dot intensity manually or use automatic mode to respond to ambient light. A single CR2032 battery powers the LED. Its top-loading compartment allows battery replacement without removing the optic from its mount, keeping routine battery access straightforward.

Construction and Mounting

The housing is made from forged 7075-T6 aluminum and uses an open-emitter design. The RMR mounting footprint provides a choice of compatible mounts and adapter plates, but the SRO optic’s larger body still needs appropriate clearance. A rail mount or platform-specific adapter plate is not included.

Confirm SRO compatibility with your exact platform and holster before purchasing. Trijicon advises against installations where the front of the optic overhangs the chamber or breech face, because that can interfere with ejection. The RMRcc footprint is different from the standard RMR pattern used by this optic.
