Trijicon Compact ACOG scopes bring fixed magnification and battery-free reticle illumination to a smaller optical format. The family includes 1.5x16S, 1.5×24, 2×20, 3×24 and 3×30 configurations, plus dedicated 3×24 XB crossbow models. Magnification is only the first distinction: reticle geometry, illumination color, housing height and mounting package also separate the models.

Compare Magnification and Viewing Dimensions

The 1.5x16S TA44 offers a 39-foot field of view at 100 yards and 2.4-inch eye relief. The 1.5×24 TA45 has the same magnification but longer 3.6-inch eye relief, a larger 24 mm objective and a narrower 25.6-foot field of view. The 2×20 TA47 sits between the 1.5x and 3x options, with 2.1-inch eye relief and a 29.3-foot field of view.

The two 3x families also differ. The 3×24 TA50 has 1.4-inch eye relief and a 25.6-foot field of view, while the 3×30 TA33 has 1.9-inch eye relief and a 19.3-foot field of view. Dedicated XB Crossbow Models

The 3×24 XB scopes use green chevron reticles with bolt-drop and ranging references. TA50-C-400391 is designated for 300-340 fps bolt speeds; TA50-C-400393 is designated for 400-440+ fps. Does every 3×30 package include an RMR?
