Holosun IRIS-GR3 Features and Performance

The Holosun IRIS-GR3 is a triple-function aiming system with a visible green laser, infrared aiming laser, and VCSEL IR illuminator. It is designed for rifle setups that need both daylight aiming capability and night-vision-compatible illumination in one compact module.

The 520nm Class 3R green laser provides a visible aiming point with output under 5mW, while the 800-880nm Class 1 IR laser supports night vision aiming. The 60mW VCSEL IR illuminator adds useful target identification and environmental awareness in low-light and no-light conditions.

A top-mounted slider adjusts the IR beam from flood to spot, letting the user tune illumination for close-range awareness or longer-distance identification. Co-aligned visible and IR lasers simplify zeroing by allowing both systems to track together.

The IRIS-GR3 uses a hard-anodized 7075-T6 aluminum housing, CR123A battery power, rear mode selectors, and a low-profile dual-button remote switch with visible laser override. IPX8 waterproofing and 1000G vibration resistance make it ready for demanding use.
